Vitruvian Park - Farmers Branch

If you are looking for an energetic place to live, work, or just hang out, Vitruvian Park may be the place you need in your life. With more developments still coming, many major exciting changes have been happening recently at Vitruvian Park. This part of North Texas has green space, public art, water features and live performance venues.

The 12 acre park in Addison draws people all year round. According to the town of Addison, Vitruvian Park was inspired by the legacy of Vitruvius, a Roman architect whose ideas about human proportion and the built environment were famously illustrated by Leonardo da Vinci in his drawing, Vitruvian Man.

Vitruvian Park was designed to be a living experience. This neighborhood in Addison offers upscale living options and a pedestrian lifestyle with easy access to work, shopping, recreation and entertainment. The development is just west of the Dallas North Tollway, approximately one mile north of I-635/LBJ Freeway between Midway Road and Marsh Lane in Addison's southwest quadrant.

Vitruvian Park host concerts, movies, and festivals throughout the year. In December 2012, the City of Addison debuted the Vitruvian Lights: Magical Nights of Lights. During Christmas, Vitruvian Park decorates their 12 acre park with more than 550 illuminated trees, wrapped in 1.5 million sparkling LED lights. The Christmas display is spectacular and quickly became a family holiday tradition to many families.

The Vitruvian Park master plan comprises 126 acres of contiguous property. Ultimately, Vitruvian Park will become a community of 6,000 residents with 200,000 SF of supportive office and retail space
Vitruvian Park is located in an area with a deficit of housing that's within 20 minutes of more than 300,000 high-income jobs.
