They had a vision of offering a unique and fine Japanese dining experience. From what I saw and tasted during my meal, I would say they have accomplished their vision!
The menu will fuse the traditional Japanese cuisine, focusing on foods of the season, exceptional ingredients, as well as the beautiful presentation! The sauces are made in house and have been developed over the years. These sauces are infused into each of the dishes in a beautiful arrangement.
We tried the salmon roll to start off and then had an amazing hibachi steak dish served with a house soup and salad. This whole meal was an amazing treat!
