Remingtons - Addison! Seafood and steak at its best!

What do you call a hometown favorite that serves the freshest fish daily along with steaks, the best coleslaw and authentic Key Lime pie?  Remington's, of course.

Remington's has been a staple of the corridor of restaurants on Belt Line Road in Addison for decades.  Others have come and gone, but Remington's has stayed.   Under new, youthful ownership as of 2018, Remington's is keeping the favors that have kept their senior clientele happy while adding in new dishes and wines that Gen X and Millennials will love.   Recent remodeling has really lightened the previously dark interior, giving it a fresh feel which is much more appealing.

 Tonight we had the shrimp and plenty of it.  The 9 piece shrimp is my favorite along with a healthy baked potato.  My accomplice in dining had the steak, fries and salad.  When we arrived on a Saturday night the place was only about half full but as we had our drinks and salads we noticed a steady stream of diners being seated until there was hardly a place left open. 

After the main courses we just had to order dessert.  We had the Key Lime Pie and the Pecan Bread Pudding topped with Ice Cream.  We forgot to take pictures of the food, we just started eating because it looked so good. 

Reservations are recommended, especially on busy nights like Valentines and Mother's Day.  Parking is available in the lot out front.  Go and enjoy and be ready to leave full and happy.
