El Rincon

The Corner Mexican Restaurant in in Downtown Carrollton.


El Rincon translates to “the corner” which is where you may find this Downtown Carrollton gem. Located on the corner of S. Elm & 4th St.



Locally owned, El Rincon, is the owners, Rick and Susan Na, envisioned neighborhood restaurant where families, neighbors and foodies can sit side by side in a fun atmosphere.


Rick and Susan Na, the owners, After a tragedy left them in a new state – with a much different culture – the couple, along with Susan’s brother Steven, have found a way to keep a taste of home with them while bringing in new flavors and flare.


They grew up in New Orleans and moved to Dallas after hurricane Katrina. Although they love and miss New Orleans they quickly fell in love with the opportunity for growth and success they found for themselves and for their children.


This is a new fresh taste for Tex-Mex. Dishes may be reminiscent of Mexico, but this terrific trio has added ingredients that bring a flare of New Orleans to our Texican taste buds.


The menu at El Rincon consists of Mexican favorites you can enjoy seven days a week. Their food is made with the freshest ingredients, subtle to robust flavors that will leave you full and satisfied.


Growing up in New Orleans the owners were surrounded by flavorful French, Creole, southern food. They love the richness in the food of the city. Moving to Texas is when they discovered Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine and absolutely fell in love with it.


El Rincon is a must try for any Texican! Try their blacked fish and their fabulous tequila bar.
