Generation X Comics and Games is located in the heart of the mid-cities and has been pleasing the community for many years now. This store is nerd heaven. Generation X is a one-stop-shop for comic books, Magic: The Gathering (MTG), board games, Pokemon, Dungeons and Dragons, miniature games, pop culture memorabilia and much more. 

Their comic book section alone could take hours to go through. There are vintage comics, limited edition comics and comics for as little as a dollar, or even a quarter! They have comics for even the youngest of fans. What a great way to tell your nerd husband he's going to be a dad than to buy him a super hero Little Golden Book to read to his child.

Generation X has the largest selection of Pops that I've ever seen in one location. They have collectible figurines, clothing and stuffed animals. They have unique combinations (like the Predator Mr. Potato Head) and color your own super hero comic books. 

Generation X is very good to their customers. They offer a new comic alert notifications and comic book subscriptions. There are also multiple daily events bringing gamers and friends together. Everyday, except Tuesday and Saturday, there are Magic:The Gathering training sessions (Wed & Fri 5-6pm for free) and games (every night MTG is offered, costs from $5-$15).
There are Pokemon event nights on Sunday ($5) and Tuesday ($5) and a free Board Game Fun Day on Wednesday night...along with many, many other events.
