The fact that this is the third location of this local chain speaks to its popularity with diners!
Eggsellent is an outstanding little breakfast & lunch place. With so many delicious choices on their menu, I don’t really know where to begin!
You could go with a “classic” eggs/bacon/hash browns/pancakes breakfast, or be a little more adventurous and try one of their “skillet” breakfasts. As you can probably guess. the ingredients are layered in a clever little skillet and served up. Each starts with hash browns and cheese, and all are topped with two eggs. Options include spinach, red pepper, feta cheese and grilled ribeye - or perhaps you prefer a “Santa Fe” style, with Chorizo, jalapeños, onions and avocado!
Or, try a pancake plate (bananas foster style? Mmmm!) or crepes or french toast or… goodness! You simply can’t go wrong with a breakfast here.
Lunches are also a worthwhile choice with beef brisket or ranch chicken melt, or gourmet chicken salad… oh great - now I’m hungry! Fortunately, with three locations this one is close to me!
