The Las Colinas area has several Mediterranean restaurants which are
generating some “buzz.” I decided to try Terra Mediterranean for their
lunch buffet. I’m glad I did! The space is bright and comfortable and
lively - it was perfect for a drizzly day!
Being a buffet, it’s pretty much “self service” but attendants do whisk away your used plates and refill your drinks promptly.
The food is great, with a large selection of tasty vegetable dishes and salads. I started with bean salad, pasta salad and cucumber salad. Each was so good I had to keep trying things; Falafel, Saffron Rice, Vegetable Moussaka, roasted mixed vegetables. My goodness, I was getting full before I got to the meat offerings!.
I’m glad I didn’t give up because they were just as delicious! Gyro meat, chicken kabob, Beef Moussaka, baked Kibbie; I ate until I thought I was going to pop! If you ever find yourself near Terra Mediterranean during lunchtime, drop on in and see if you don’t do the same!
