Wow! Is the only word that can come close to describing everything fantastic you need to know about this new donut shop. This little piece of heaven serves the most delicious donut you have EVER tasted, or ever will taste. I am not exaggerating the deliciousness of this place at all.
The donuts are like a work of art, the photos say it all. I tasted the Cinco Leches, Maple Bacon, which my husband fell in love with, the Reese’s and Berry Melody. My daughter had the Over the Rainbow and the Sunrise. ALL were outstanding!
The Donuts alone should be reason enough to make a special trip to this
amazing place. But if you need another reason to rush over to WOW!, I
will give you reason number two, the coffee and tea are something really
special.
WOW’s coffees and teas are brewed using a super special custom machine call the Steampunk, made by Alpha Dominche. The Steampunk is like nothing you have seen before. This highly-engineered to get rid of many of the variables that can cause impurities in your cup, the Steampunk is a reimagining of a siphon-style brewer, which maintains steam-heated water in contact with grounds in a top chamber, then extracts the mix through a filter by drawing the water into a second chamber below using a vacuum of air. Every coffee and tea has its own special recipe of the ideal temperature, time, volume, and agitation, pre-programmed to make the perfect cup every time! Feel free to ask questions about your cup while we brew, we’re excited to share this new brewing method with you!
